We have snow .. and therefore no power
How can NS Power be asking for a raise? The very first snow of the year and of course we lose power. Friday night until Sunday morning we huddled in the living room with blankets closing off the room to try to keep the heat in that our poor decorative fireplace was trying its very hardest to put off. In the end we did stay almost warm, well we didn't freeze anyway.

Oh my god! How can you have no power for a whole weekend? I panic if it's out for more than a half hour, my fish need those cute little air bubbles for a reason and I'm not about to blow my own bubbles! At least you did have the fireplace, we have a gas fireplace but you need the power to work the fan so it'll actually blow the heat out to warm a room. So was it just your neighbourhood with no power?
